We were lucky enough to get to enjoy a number of the snacks, drinks and topiaries at the 2018 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival!  If you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World between now and May 28, 2018, it’s definitely worth checking out.  On our most recent trip, we visited three times, as there is just no way to enjoy all of the treats in one visit!

Before you begin, pick up the “Garden Passport.”  It’s free and can be found numerous places around the park.   We grabbed ours from a friendly cast member.  It has all of the topiaries, gardens, and outdoor kitchens listed.  It also has a menu of what is available at the 15 outdoor kitchens.  That way you can strategically plan your “culinary adventure around the world” and make sure you fill up on your favorites.  Below you can find some pictures and comments about many of the food and drinks we tried!

The Honey Bee-stro was one of our favorite outdoor kitchens this year!  It was a new addition to the festival and we tried each of their food options.  The Honey Tandoori Chicken Flatbread was quite good.  We also enjoyed the Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake so much, we went back for a second!  Unfortunately our second cheesecake was not as good as the first.   (It was frozen and had not quite thawed, which made it difficult to try to get a bite and threw off the texture.)

The Pineapple Promenade had a favorite treat of ours (that is not exclusive to the festival), the Pineapple Soft-serve Ice Cream with Coconut Rum.  We also tried the Spicy Hotdog with Pineapple Chutney and Plantain chips – this definitely was not your traditional hotdog experience!

The Frushi at the Hanami outdoor kitchen in Japan was a new and unique experience!

The Jardin de Fiestas in Mexico had delicious Chilaquilles.

While we did not try any snacks at the Primavera Kitchen in Italy, we did enjoy the Bellini made with Sparkling Wine and Peach Puree.

At Taste of Marrakesh in Morocco, we enjoyed the Fried Cauliflower, and it was accompanied with a delicious Chili-Ranch Sauce.

We were surprisingly delighted with the Fried Chicken Dumplings at the Lotus House in China!  The peanut sauce was just the right addition to this snack.

At the Northern Bloom in Canada, we thought the Seared Scallops with French Green Beans had great flavor.

The Kir Pomegranate is a great light sipper while walking around the France pavilion.  It looks festive and tastes great!

The Spicy Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits was one of our first and favorite finds at the Florida Fresh outdoor kitchen.   The shrimp was well cooked and the grits were a great consistency!

We also thought the shrimp from the Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer was tasty and well cooked.  The Tropical Mousse Cake from La Isla Fresca was a tasty and light dessert.

As you walk around EPCOT, be sure to keep your eyes open to spot all of the beautiful topiaries. They can be found around The World Showcase and Future World.  Here are a few of our favorites:
