1. What is your fee for booking trips?
Nothing. When you book with us, we do not charge you for our services. We book for you at the same rate as you would, if you booked directly with Disney on your own. How do we get paid? Disney pays us a commission for booking your trip, without any price difference to you!
2. How far in advance should we book our vacation?
We recommend at least 4-6 months; however, the more time you can give us to plan your vacation, the better! Of course we always try to accommodate last minute bookings but those who book early have a better chance of staying at the resort that is best for them, booking dining reservations, and having more time for us to answer questions and plan the itinerary that's best for you!
3. How many days should we plan to be in the parks?
We recommend at least 4 days at the Walt Disney World Resort and at least 2 days at the Disneyland Resort. However, the longer you can spend in either destination, the better in our opinion. This gives an entire day in each park. Of course sometimes vacations just cannot be as long as you would like and we’re here to help you make the most of your time, no matter how long you are able to stay.
4. How involved will Magical Vistas be in planning our vacation?
That is totally up to you! Some families we work with are seasoned Disney travelers and just want Magical Vistas to take care of some of the more mundane tasks (i.e. booking the resort stay, reserving tickets, keeping up with important dates). Some families who go every year or so need updates on changes in the parks, changes with attractions, and opinions about our new favorites. Guests who have not been in a long time (if ever) need lots of information and we are very happy to provide it! We love giving dining recommendations, tips on navigating the parks, and logistical information (i.e. transportation, Genie+, support regarding the apps for the parks, etc.).
Your payment is processed by the Walt Disney Travel Company, which is the same division that would process the payment if you had done all of the work yourself.
5. How do I pay for my trip if I use Magical Vistas?
